1. Digital Products

All products offered as downloads, software, music, plugins, or other digital content are non-refundable.
By purchasing a digital product from www.martinmix.com, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under §356(5) BGB (German Civil Code) and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, your statutory right of withdrawal is forfeited once the download or access begins.
No returns, cancellations, or refunds are possible after the digital product has been delivered or downloaded.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Physical Merchandise (e.g., Fan Articles like Shirts)

For physical merchandise (such as shirts), you are entitled to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Conditions for Return:

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.

• Goods must be unworn, unused, and, where feasible, in the original packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., shirts with your name or unique print) are excluded from return.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
